Our organization recently hosted a Christmas celebration at this venue, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. An incident occurred involving the owner that created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for our guests. Rather than addressing the situation calmly or professionally, the situation escalated, and law enforcement was called despite no physical altercation taking place.

This was not the type of environment we expect when bringing families, children, and community members to a business. The lack of accountability and professionalism from ownership was very troubling. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this venue, especially for family or children-focused events. Businesses should prioritize safety, respect, and responsible behavior, and that was not reflected here.

We support and recommend businesses that value safety, honesty, professionalism, and respect for their guests. Unfortunately, this establishment did not demonstrate those values, and we will not be returning.
