Later today, President Daniel E. Santiago Jr. confirmed his decision to appoint the newest Sustenance Department Secretary.
We are proud to announce that Angel S. Toribio has officially been appointed after faithfully serving as Interim Secretary for the past three months. Secretary Toribio previously served as Lieutenant of the President's Detail (SST Department Unit) and was appointed to that role after serving three years as K-9 Sergeant, overseeing all Zone K-9 officers.
Secretary Toribio brings years of leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to community service. He works closely with our field managers to ensure outstanding service and support to those we serve.
Secretary Toribio stated:
"The President was clear about his decision and his commitment to the community. As Sustenance Department Secretary, that's exactly what I will continue to do — enough excuses, now it's time for results."
Secretary Toribio now leads the second-largest department in the Labelle White House Administration. President Santiago has remained firm in expressing that whoever serves in this position must be prepared to take immediate action after years of delays and poor performance.
