During the recent quarterly cabinet meeting, the Labelle White House President addressed ongoing administrative concerns, repeated policy violations, and the organizational changes needed to move the administration forward.

During the discussion, Vice President Ruben Hernandez stated: "Enough is enough. They need to be removed immediately. If they are not going to correct this issue, then they must be removed immediately. They are a cancer to their department and the organization."

The statement reflected concerns over repeated absences, continued disagreements, and a failure by certain staff members to meet the standards expected of leadership within the organization. Following the discussion, President Daniel E. Santiago Jr. agreed with the Vice President's recommendation and directed the Office Secretary to execute termination orders for all staff members involved.

The Labelle White House remains committed to accountability, professionalism, and serving our mission with integrity. Every position within this organization is a privilege, and every member is expected to uphold the values, policies, and standards that guide our work. Leadership is about making difficult decisions when they are necessary to protect the future of the organization. We will continue moving forward with a team that is committed to serving with dedication, respect, and excellence.
