As Labelle White House President Daniel E. Santiago Jr. attended the Central County Water Control District (CCWCD) employee Christmas party alongside staff and management. President Santiago Jr also serves as one of the five Board Members of CCWCD.
It’s moments like these that remind us how important laughter and connection are—especially during the holiday season. Known for being a big jokester, President Santiago brings humor wherever he goes… and when food is involved, his excitement is impossible to miss.
